1. Custom Printed Products
Most products sold on NodiArt.com are custom-made and printed according to the customer’s design, text, or specifications. Therefore, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
– You receive the wrong product.
– The product arrives damaged or defective.
– There is a printing error caused by NodiArt.
2. Return Eligibility
To request a return or replacement:
– Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.
– The product must remain in its original condition.
3. Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by NodiArt.
4. Replacements
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellation
– Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
– Once printing or production has started, cancellation is not possible.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Personalized or custom-designed products.
– Products approved by the customer before printing.
– Items damaged due to customer misuse.
